Which hosting plan should I choose?

That mostly depends on your disk space, bandwidth and database requirements. If you have a static site and don't need a lot of mailboxes, the starter plan should be enough. If your site uses PHP and require a database, you need the business or professional plan. Feel free to look at our comparison table, or contact us for assistance.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Although we are sure you'll be 100% happy with our service, we don't believe in tying our customers down with long term contracts. However, you are free to pay 3 or 6 months in advance if that is more convenient for you.

I registered my domain somewhere else, what can I do?

You have 2 options. If you have DNS management at your previous ISP, you can simply update your DNS records to point to our servers. Since most ISP's charge you for this service, and because it's included in your hosting package, we recommend transferring your domain to us.

How do I sell my products online?

Firstly, you will need a way to process online payments. This usually involves getting a merchant facility from your bank and having access to a payment gateway. Payment gateway providers in South Africa include Safeshop, Paygate and iVeri. You will also need an online catalog of your products and services. We can help you tie all these elements together, and provide a secure location to host your online shop

What is a SSL Certificate and why do I need one?

SSL certificates secure the communication between your customers and your website. Whether or not you need one depends on which payment gateway provider you choose. Most of them will provide you with a secure online form to capture credit card information
